Belleville
Rendez-Vous is an animated powerful film for +18 even though there is no type
of sexual or violent content however this film is based on the comic-book
artist Sylvian Chomet.
This
movie is a well-done representation of a macabre adventure of a Portuguese
Old dear with a clubfoot, in order to get back her orphaned grandson, Champion.
Who was kidnapped during the cyclist Tour France by the French mafia
dressed with black suit with a square form.

In
one of the scenes the dog Bruno oversees finding the boy his nose to perform a
daring rescue, at some point they missed this first change of getting the
cyclist back, so they rely on help of the old sisters Belleville, using their
brilliant trio talent, singing and dancing the Fred Astaire Song.

In
terms of techniques this film uses Pantone color palettes nicely
attributed in illustrated perspectives and backgrounds of Europe during the
adventure, also the exaggeration in the characters make this story much more
comic and understandable,
There
are some Racist scenes as well, but it represents the dark humor in the story
and Era that this movie as created and designed in.
